Hip Hop took over The Bridge Lekki as IllBliss premiered his 4th studio album at 5ive Live

It was the largest gathering of rappers in one venue this year as 5ive Music Group hosted the second edition of '5ive Live' at The Bridge Lekki on the 20th of October, 2016. This edition tagged Hip Hop Sessions was headlined by rap mogul IllBliss, and it doubled as a listening session for his forth coming album Illygaty: 7057.



Fans in attendance were thrilled to a live rendition of exclusive tracks off the highly anticipated album as well as popular singles 'Jawon Laya', 'Ayakata', and classics from is catalog including the hit 'Anam Achi Kwanu' . IllBliss put on a show stopping performance backed by a live band giving attendees an unforgettable night.

The hip hop themed event lived up to its billing with superb performances by rap stars like Jesse Jagz, Eva, Pryse, show host Loose Kaynon, Cyclone, Dice Ailes and more. There was also the exciting lyrical showdown during the cypher sessions which saw Ms Chief, Dice Ailes, Ozone, Oladips, Fresh L, Eva, Jesse Jagz, Yung6ix, Pryse, Blaq Bones, Uzyone deliver mind blowing punchlines.


The Buckwyld Media executed event displayed every aspect of hip hop. On entering the venue, first sight falls on the graffiti adorned walls and the Hip Hop wall of fame where fans and celebs posed to take pictures to capture the moment. Music was supplied by DJ Neo, who made sure fans got to hear nothing but the hottest hip hop during performance breaks. Another crowd pleaser was when B-boy dancers battled for a prize pulling of gravity defying stunts to the astonishment of attendees.

Popular faces spotted at the event were Audu Maikori, Sasha, Djinee, Paul Okeugo, Ugo Mordi, DJ Neo, DJ Lambo, Koker, Vien, Segun Abraham (former Mr Nigeria) just to mention a few.

5ive Live is a live event concept created by premiere music publishing company 5ive Music Group to promote artistes and their content and this the second episode of many more to come. 5ive Live: Hip Hop Sessions was supported by Cloud Nine,  NET, 360NOBS, Pulse Nigeria, Olorisupergal, Y Naija, BellaNaija and Str8upbangin. The event is a production of Buckwyld Media Network.
